Production
We
have our own 8000sq ft fully equipped
workshop where we employ 12 fully skilled
and coded welder/fabricators which allows
us to produce on average 45T of finish
steelwork each week subject to the complexity
of the project.
Our equipment ranges from welding facilities
including Mig, Tig & Manual Metal
Arc all the way through to cutting, shearing,
folding and punching facilities.
We also have our own 2500 sq ft in-house
spray shop where we can provide customers
with a choice of finishes such as primer
base coats and top coats. |

Erection
& Fitting
We
employ our own erectors and fitters which
operate from our own fleet of fully equipped
vans. Each one of our site workers have
all the relevant certificates ranging
from CSCS/IPAF and CITB slingers banksman. |

As
a company we have registered steel fabrication
and erection insurance of up to £10,000,000
liability.

 Our
work is drawn with the latest CAD facilities
either Strucad or Advance steel; this
allows us to produce fabrication drawings/erection
plans and holding down bolt plans.
Having these facilities opens the doors
for us to take on projects ranging from
steel structures, whether it's portal
frame/stick & beam or architectural
all the way through to sundry metalwork
including secondary steelwork, steel stairs,
fire escapes and walkways.
Using
these systems enables us to liaise direct
with the structural engineer and customer
for approval and inevitably reduces lead
times on each project |
