| Cahill Welding Services Ltd prides itself on being able to offer high quality structural steelwork and general metalwork packages at a competitive and fair price.
We
have our own 11,000 sq ft fully equipped fabrication workshop complemented by two 5T overhead cranes. We have invested heavily in the workshop to ensure that we have the right equipment to produce the wide range of complex works we offer. We currently employ 15 welder fabricators; 85% have been with us from day one. The workshop structure is controlled by our working production manager Mr Doug Brooks who has over 20 years fabrication experience and is in charge of distribution jobs, quality and making sure projects leave the workshop on time. |

As the offices are situated only metres away from the factory this allows us to react quickly to any changes or snags that may occur in the work place.
In full flow the workshop on average can produce 60T of finished steelwork per week depending on the complexity of the project.
Alongside the workshop we also have our own 4,500 sq ft spray shop and are able to offer clients a choice of high quality finishes from basic primer coats through to finished top coats for structural steel and metalwork. |
